This Coaching Firm Doesn't Only Sell Coaching. It Sells Diamond and Platinum Slots Next to Its CEOs.
CEO Coaching International has spent 2026 announcing tiered vendor partners like press releases. The product isn't coaching. It's access to the room.

Read the pitch on CEO Coaching International's partners page and it stops sounding like coaching very quickly: "Sell to 3,500+ CEOs and senior leaders by being useful first. Partners earn their place by teaching."
That line is not aimed at a CEO. It's aimed at the firms that want to reach one.
The 2026 run
The announcements have come at a steady clip this year. In January, the Miami firm welcomed Addicus, a family office specializing in wealth management across generations, as a Diamond Strategic Partner. In April, Techjays, an AI firm, joined at the same Diamond tier. In September, GreenBanana SEO — a three-time Inc. 5000 digital growth agency — came in as a Platinum Strategic Partner, and a week later Intrepid Investment Bankers, the middle-market investment banking arm of MUFG, was announced as a Diamond Strategic Partner.
Wealth. AI. Search. M&A. Four vendor categories, each one sitting exactly where a growth-stage CEO's money moves.
The firm says it has coached 3,500+ CEOs and senior leaders across 94 countries since 2008, and its partners page lists 25 vetted partner firms across 9 disciplines.
What a tier actually buys
The press releases are unusually specific about deliverables. A Diamond partner is described as bringing value to the community through exclusive client workshops, strategic benefits consultations, thought leadership content, and participation in virtual and in-person events including the annual Make BIG Happen Summit.
The partners page puts it more bluntly. Strategic partners are specialists the firm vets and puts in front of clients — they teach live workshops, appear on the podcast, and are introduced through your coach when the expertise fits your situation.
That last clause is the whole product. Not a logo on a banner. A warm introduction from the one person the CEO already trusts.
Terms are not published anywhere, and we're not going to invent them. What's public is the structure: named ranks, Diamond above Platinum, a browsable directory, and a standing "become a strategic partner" door.
The part most coaches never consider
Almost nobody in the coaching industry monetizes this. Coaches build audiences of buyers, then sell those buyers one thing — more coaching. Meanwhile the accountants, recruiters, PR firms, insurance brokers and AI shops who want those same buyers are spending real money on cold outreach to reach them.
CEO Coaching International treats the client base as a second asset and the coach as the distribution channel. The public categories tell you which vendors see value: Talent, HR and Outsourcing; Accounting and Finance; Technology and AI; Media and PR.
The question you have to answer first
If a coach is paid to be near a vendor and also makes the introduction, whose interest is served by the recommendation?
The firm's own answer is procedural: its team can point clients at the right firm or set up the introduction, but clients are told to start with their coach, who knows the context. Vetting is positioned as the gate — the contact page says strategic partners serve client CEOs directly, "so the vetting is real".
Any coach copying this model inherits the same problem on day one, at a smaller scale and usually without a vetting process worth the name. The revenue line is real. So is the trust you're spending to collect it.
